DISCIPLINE:

THE ABILITY TO EXECUTE REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU FEEL

Exercise is a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for something you ate.

MY Story

Throughout my career I have been lucky enough to work with some very influential people in their chosen fields. People such as Nigel Mansell, who had very specific needs and very specific physical capabilities, allowed me to hone what I had learned and develop a training regime that suited his individual requirements.

There are many philosophies out there today, and an abundance of experience in practitioners but it is my belief that the fusion of eastern and western practices best suits the people I train.

I have worked with CEOs and Executives of large companies such as Inghams and Meehan's Solicitors to small companies and corporate entities needing to inject some physical activity into their otherwise "seated" work environment. With stress now being recognised as one of our biggest health risks today, more and more work places are seeking help and guidance for their employees. Knowing how the body responds to physical activity, I work with my clients to provide an exercise regime that allows for all levels and abilities, from yoga to stretching, to boxing and cardio.

Finding comfort in your body is more important than burning fat and getting a "beach ready" figure. Sure, those things can be what makes us want to start exercising, but it's a wholistic approach that will keep you training. It's okay to fail as long as though that's not the last thing you do. In my classes I encourage you to keep trying, to listen to what your body is telling you and to come back and do it again and again.

I've studied under some of the world's greatest martial artists and I have trained some of the world's greatest athletes. I am eager to pass on that knowledge and those lessons to my clients.
